Benji and I took advantage of the wonderful weather last night and took some of the snakes out for some updated pictures. More sunny afternoons = more photo ops with the snakelets! They're getting a bit big to pose them all on sheets of scrapbook paper for backdrops. I suppose I'm going to have to get more creative.
This is Benji with one of our Macklots. I think its the female, because she generally has a better attitude about being held.

This, is my male Mojave...'Roland.' He's stunning, and the perfect match for my female. Another year--maaaaybe two--and I hope to have lucy balls from the pair of them!
And then we have 'Plato,' my male spider. He gets brighter with every shed. He's big enough to breed right now, but not willing enough to get the job done. Hmph. Next year....
Ah. Another piece of pride n' joy. My orange ghost boy, 'Tang.' He's growing so fast! And he eats like a PIG.
Well, that about does it. I have one clutch of pastels that are about to be dropped any day now. Hopefully another clutch of those in the works.... This year isn't about to be my big year as far as production goes, but I have certainly acquired a lot of beautiful animals. I hope to acquire a few more this year, too, and work on getting my collection of females a bit bigger. Now, I just have to stay patient....
